How to Make Your Skin Radiant in 7 Days? Tried&Tested Ways for Amazing Complexion

If discolorations, sallow complexion and shadows under the eyes are your problems, you must deal with them as quickly as possible to look young and beautiful. Use this seven-day plan to make your face radiant and glowy.

Day 1 & 2

In order to help your skin get back its radiance, use a mild cleansing product e.g. milks, mousses, gels. Thanks to them, you will remove makeup, cleanse skin pores and get rid of dirt and sweat. Next, wipe your face with a toner. When it is absorbed, apply a lightweight moisturiser or a hydrating and brightening mask.

Repeat the above steps on the next day but instead of a drugstore mask, use a DIY cosmetic. You need citruses, bananas and grapes; the proportions are up to you. Mix the ingredients, add a spoon of honey and camomile infusion. Apply the mixture to the facial skin and rinse it after 30 minutes with tepid water. To intensify the effects of the mask, drink at least one litre of water a day, eat lots of fruit and vegetables and remember to thoroughly remove makeup.

Day 3 & 4

Do an exfoliating scrub that will let you remove dead skin cells, unblock skin pores, brighten discolorations and smooth fine lines. Apply a purifying mask for 15 minutes. After washing it off, apply a moisturiser. Every week before exfoliating the epidermis, you can do a steam facial; it opens skin pores and makes cleansing easier. You can use a herbal brew, fruit juice or essential oils.

Day 5, 6 & 7

Do an aloe massage to increase blood flow, reduce swellings under the eyes, let yourself relax. Apply a serum around your eyes to get rid of shadows and illuminate the skin. Before putting makeup on, use a sunscreen that will protect you from discolorations and skin irritations.

Repeat all steps from Day 2 & 3. Remember about a thorough makeup removal, healthy diet, using moisturising masks and sunscreen. If you follow all the rules, your face will surely be radiant and beautiful.
